Unconditional Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. damaged during shipment, short expiry/expired item, received wrong item/type/shade/etc), please kindly inform Customer Service team at info@bluejacar.com.au and we will assist you further.
- Product return request must be made within 14 working days from date received.
- Damaged items must be returned together with the original packaging and receipt.
Please kindly inform Customer Service team before returning the item, otherwise the request will not be processed. Please also provide the return parcel’s tracking number once you’ve posted the item(s).

What will I get back after returning the item(s)?
You can choose to have either a prorated refund (if order has applied promotion code) to your bank account or have the item exchanged (within 1 – 14 working days).
What about postage charges?
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process. Please allow 14 working days for this process to be completed. For more information, kindly send your email to info@bluejacar.com.au for further assistance.
How long will it take to receive my refund/new item(s)?
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we received your return package. The refunded amount will based on the amount that the customer actually paid. Vouchers cannot be exchanged into cash.
