How can I cancel or amend my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer care team at info@bluejacar.com.au within one hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and handed over to our couriers, we are unable to cancel it.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 AUD within Australia. For all orders of $50 AUD or more, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping.
When will I receive my purchase?
We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia. During peak gifting seasons or unforeseen courier delays, delivery may take up to 14 business days. How do I properly care for my Blue Jacar candle?
To ensure a clean, beautiful burn and a long-lasting fragrance, proper candle maintenance is essential. Please review our comprehensive Candle Safety Guide for instructions on wick trimming, first burns, and safe usage.
How long will a Blue Jacar candle burn?
Our standard 285g Home Collection candles offer up to 45 hours of burn time. For our legacy crystal candles featuring dual cotton wicks, expect approximately 30 hours of continuous fragrance. Please note that burn times will naturally vary based on your candle care routine and the environment.
What makes your candles different?
At Blue Jacar, we believe in the purity of nature. We utilize 100% natural soybean wax and lead-free cotton wicks imported from the USA for a pristine burn. Our fragrances are meticulously crafted using 100% natural, pure essential oils sourced globally, ensuring an authentic and restorative sensory experience.
Why can’t I smell my candle after burning it for a while?
This is a natural phenomenon known as "olfactory fatigue" or becoming "nose blind." When you are exposed to a beautiful scent for a prolonged period, your brain simply gets used to it and tunes it out. If the scent seems to fade, simply step out of the room for a few moments and return—you will notice the captivating aroma once again.
How many candles do I need to fragrance a room?
For an optimal sensory experience, we recommend one of our Home Collection candles for every standard-sized room. For larger, open-plan living spaces, burning two or three candles simultaneously will create a truly immersive and aromatic atmosphere.
